from ancient times to the present credibility should be the traditional virtues of us chinese nation, and the culture of credibility advocated by chinese nation is of long standing.
in mar.15th 2016, the cctv evening party of “mar.15th” drawing the full attention of hundreds of millions of consumers came as appointed. a number of events that invaded the legal rights of consumers was exposed and reported in this evening party. in every year this evening party could be described as the sleepless night of public-relation-person & governor of each food enterprise.
there is still good and bad fishes mixed together in the team of food service industries. whichever unserious speculation once of the practitioners in food service industries would destroy the foundation of a hundred years on one day. because food-safety is one system engineering, any mistake in any link would affect the product quality.
facing with so many bad events of food-safety, which one should finally stand up & start war of “protection of stomach”. someone said the strong supervision of government is demanded, and the others suggested the professional ethics of food service enterprise should be highly strengthen. but in fact the food should be produced by enterprises and manufactured in solid actual procedures, but not to be come out by supervision of supervision department or else by inspection of the best testing department. when there is confliction between honesty & commercial profit, the governor of food enterprise should make a choice according to moral justice, only
basing on which the enterprise could actually develop and grow up. against the exposure of reports in evening party on “mar.15th”, the alarm bell was ringing again, calling the integrity regression & enhancing building up of credibility from you and me.
